HHBD Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and HHBD ("hhbd", "we", "us", "the platform") governing your access to and use of the hhbd website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services available at hhbd.bid.

By accessing the hhbd platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the hhbd platform.

HHBD reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. For significant changes, hhbd will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

02 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use the hhbd platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be accessing hhbd from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of hhbd or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the hhbd platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process.

HHBD reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

03 Account Responsibilities

Each player may hold only one active account on hhbd. If you discover that you have accidentally created a duplicate account, you must contact hhbd support immediately to have the duplicate closed. HHBD will not be responsible for any losses incurred through a duplicate account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hhbd account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account details with any other person or allow any other person to access your hhbd account.

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your hhbd account.
• You must notify hhbd support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• HHBD will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• You must keep your registered contact details, including your email address and phone number, up to date at all times.

HHBD accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your hhbd account or any account balance to another person under any circumstances.

04 Deposits and Payments

HHBD accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash and Nagad. All deposits are credited to your hhbd account in BDT at the amount received, with no currency conversion applied. HHBD does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits on hhbd are processed instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear in your hhbd account within 15 minutes of the transaction being confirmed by your payment provider, you should contact hhbd support with your transaction reference number.

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the hhbd deposit page and may vary by payment method.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name.
• HHBD reserves the right to refuse or reverse deposits that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder.
• Deposited funds are held in a segregated account and are not used for operational purposes by hhbd.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on hhbd are processed to the verified bKash or Nagad account linked to your player profile. HHBD does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, bank accounts not registered in your name, or any payment method not previously used for a deposit on your account.

Standard withdrawal processing times on hhbd are as follows:

• bKash withdrawals: typically processed within 15–30 minutes during business hours.
• Nagad withdrawals: typically processed within 15–30 minutes during business hours.
• High Roller tier players receive priority withdrawal processing at all hours.
• Withdrawals submitted outside of peak processing hours may take up to 2 hours.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, hhbd may require you to complete identity verification. This is a one-time process and is required to protect both the player and the platform from fraudulent activity. HHBD will not process withdrawals to unverified accounts.

HHBD does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside of hhbd's control. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed on the hhbd withdrawal page.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

HHBD offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict between a bonus-specific term and these general Terms, the bonus-specific term will take precedence.

• All bonuses on hhbd are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonuses that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be forfeited.
• HHBD reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time if we have reason to believe it is being abused.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players. Players who consistently withdraw immediately after meeting wagering requirements may be excluded from future bonus offers at hhbd's discretion.
• Only one bonus may be active on your hhbd account at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

07 Gameplay and Fair Play

HHBD is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. All games on the hhbd platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems that are independently audited for fairness. The outcome of every game on hhbd is determined by these certified systems and cannot be influenced by hhbd, the player, or any third party.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hhbd and constitute a serious breach of these Terms:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place bets on hhbd.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using any strategy specifically designed to exploit bonus terms rather than to play recreationally.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or interfere with hhbd's gaming software or RNG systems.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person or allowing another person to place bets on your account.

HHBD monitors all gaming activity on the platform for irregular patterns. Accounts found to be in breach of fair play rules will be suspended immediately. Any winnings generated through prohibited activity will be voided, and the account balance may be forfeited pending investigation. HHBD's determination in fair play matters is final.

08 Responsible Gaming

HHBD takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. By using the hhbd platform, you acknowledge that online gaming is a form of entertainment that carries financial risk, and that you are responsible for managing your own gaming activity within your personal means.

HHBD provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit to hhbd.
• Session time reminders: receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion: temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the hhbd platform.
• Reality checks: periodic on-screen reminders of your session duration and net gaming activity.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the hhbd platform — including but not limited to the hhbd logo, game graphics, software, text, design elements, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of hhbd or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the hhbd platform for personal, recreational purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the hhbd platform without prior written permission from hhbd. Unauthorised use of hhbd's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

HHBD provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the hhbd platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors.

• HHBD is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions outside of our reasonable control.
• HHBD is not liable for losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• HHBD is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform.
• In all cases, hhbd's maximum liability to any player is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits hhbd's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

12 Account Termination

You may close your hhbd account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

HHBD reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time if:

• The account holder is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• We have reason to believe the account is being used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• The account holder has been found to be under 18 years of age.
• We are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, hhbd reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in full.

13 Amendments to Terms

HHBD reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When amendments are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, hhbd will provide advance notice via email or in-platform notification where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the hhbd platform after the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using hhbd and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
